Natural Remedies For Backache

1. Apply ginger paste with eucalyptus on the affected area for relief from back
pain.

2. Ice is a pain reliever. Several times a day lay an ice pack wrapped in a
towelon the painful areas for upto 20 minutes.

3. Heat the coconut oil or sesame oil lightly and 8 pieces of garlic. Massage
slowly on affected areas using the hands ir fingers for about 10-15 minutes.

4. Fill a clean, thick sock with 1 cup uncooked rice and place it in microwave for
30-60 seconds on medium low. Check the teperature and apply on the back.

5. Food rich in Vitamin c such as orange, grapes and pineapple is a good relief from backache.
