us taking pain killers on a regular basis for headache Few of these pain killers are even banned by the
government agencies due to the presence of harmful
drugs in them but still we are bound to intake them.
As we all know today's lifestyle is very hectic and troublesome. There is no peace in today's schedule especially in the metros and other cities.

Its easy to take a few pills and try to will away the pain of a headache but its important to understand the causes
of headache.But taking medicines for such minor
problem gives rise to a major problem. Therefore in this post I am going to share some easy natural 
remedies to cure headache instantly. 

 Headache is a pain or discomfort in the head or neck. There are various types  
 of headache:

1)  Cold packs are one of the best home remedies for headaches. Place the pack
     over the affected area and keep it there about ten minutes. You can use an 
     ice pack or a towel soaked in cold water. But make sure not to put the ice 
     directly on your head.




 
2)  Crush up an inch of ginger root and add it to boiling water. This home made 
     tea headache in about the same time as it would take an aspirin to work. It 
     is the best home remedy to cure headache.







3)  Massage therapy can also be used to relieve headaches as it helps to relax 
     the head, neck shoulders and back muscles.








 4) Some natural healers believe footbaths are powerful home remedies for 
     headches. The hot water draws blood to your feet, easing the pressure on 
     the blood vessels in your head. By adding a few drops of peppermint and 
      or lavender ot both together, the aroma provides soothing relief.
 
 






5)  Headache can be alleviated by taking a warm shower. Allow the water to 
     stream down the neck and shoulders. This helps to relax the muscles and 
     enhances blood flow.

Tips To Avoid Headache


  Manage your stress level. Do not take tension on petty things and keep a 
    cool temper.

*  Sometimes headache also occurs due to avoiding hunger and skipping 
    meals.  Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

*  Do not watch T.V. or listen to music for long number of hours. Instead go 
    for a walk in fresh air.

*  Exercise regularly not only to improve fitness but also to reduce stress.

*  Identify headache triggers and notice the major ones resposible for headache
    everytime.
