which she knows used to fit her once or the increase in the number on weighing scale. Overweight and obesity takes place when we take in more calories than we use in a day. Obesity results in the excessive cholesterol in body which may lead to heart attack. In addition it makes us more lazy and we eat more than normal.

 Home Remedies To Reduce Weight 

1.The most traditional natural remedy to reduce weight is drinking Honey and lemon in lukewarm water very first in the morning. For cutting extra weight take a quarter glass of warm water and mix 3 tbsp lemon juice
and 2 tbsp honey.







2.Take a handful or jujube or Indian plum leaves. Soak these in water overnight. Drain the water eat them empty stomach in the morning. This should be done for a month to see the results.


3. Eating papaya empty stomach in the morning helps to reduce weight. It helps to maintain metabolism in the body.


4. Carrot juice is a wholesome mixture that's loaded with vitamins A, B, and E. Its not extensively good for fat loss but has many other properties too. It reduces the cholesterol level and also protects our respiratory system.


5. Boiled sprouts are a rich source of nutrients. They can be consumed twice a day as brunch or in place of oily breakfast.


6. Raw onions have the quality to break down the stored fat in the body. So it is advisable to include some raw onions with your meals everytime.





Some Cautions To be Taken To Reduce Weight:
* Avoid going to the bed soon after the meals. Develop a habit take a short walk after dinner at night.

* Eat fruits and boiled vegetables on a regular basis to reduce weight.

* Burn fats and calories by exercising daily for couple of hours.

* Avoid fried snacks and too much oily food. Switch to raw food like salads.

* Never try for complete dieting to lose weight. It will make you weak with other health problems.

* Never skip meals. This makes you overeat at other times. So by all means eat three or four times a day.

* Avoid carbonated drinks like coke, pepsi, lime soda etc. Instead switch over to green tea and fresh lime water.
When you are losing weight you should exercise and diet together.

If you exercise without dieting you will get bigger appetite which will lead to increase in weight and make you bulkier. Stay away from the supplements or powders in the market as they contain artificial things and can hurt your body.
